Order Confirmations
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping cart system, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and that your transaction has been authorised.

Milan Sorm Art Shop will contact you after finishing the order procedure with payment methods available for your destination.
Postage and Packing
We aim to dispatch your goods usually between 3 and 15 days from the placement of the order . We dispatch our products by post, you will receive e-mail informing you that your order was sent.
Delivery Charges
- EU - up to 24 EUR value of the shippment - 4 EUR, over 24 EUR value of the shippment 11 EUR.
- Other - up to 30 USD value of the shippment - 6 USD, over 30 USD value of the shippment - 16 USD.
Returns Procedure
Milan Sorm Art Shop makes every effort to ensure products arrive in good condition.
However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged in any way, or if you are not satisfied with the product on the grounds of quality or workmanship, customers should contact us within 7 days of receipt.
The product should be re-packed and returned within 14 days. Purchase must be returned in original condition.
Returns are not accepted without prior arrangement. We will then arrange a replacement or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
Responsibility for Local Taxes & Duties
These are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.

Unforeseen Circumstances
While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Milan Sorm Animal Art Products.
